The specific service provider is always determined at the time of booking and stated in the booking confirmation or accounting document.
2. Services Provided
Laser hair removal, waxing and sugar paste depilation, eyebrow styling, lash lamination and other cosmetic services.
Both companies provide laser hair removal services.
Additional cosmetic services are provided by the respective company according to the booking.
3. Booking Appointments
Appointments can be booked through the Salonized booking system, by phone or by email.
Bookings are binding even without a deposit payment.
By making a reservation, the client confirms that they have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
4. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are listed on the website www.epilaren.sk or in the salon price list.
Payment is made in cash or based on an issued invoice after the treatment.
No deposits are required.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to cancel or reschedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling less than 48 hours before the appointment, or failure to attend, a cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment price will be charged.
The cancellation fee must be paid before another appointment can be booked.
The operators reserve the right to refuse future bookings to clients who repeatedly violate the cancellation policy.
6. Late Arrival
In case of late arrival, the treatment may be shortened or cancelled without compensation.
Cancellation conditions also apply in cases of significant lateness.
7. Health Conditions and Contraindications
Clients are required to provide truthful information regarding their health condition, medication use, pregnancy or other contraindications.
The operators are not responsible for complications caused by withholding relevant health information or failing to follow aftercare instructions.
8. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted without undue delay, no later than 3 days after the service was provided.
Complaints are assessed individually.
9. Personal Data Protection
SKIN s.r.o. and BLEEP s.r.o. process personal data as joint controllers in accordance with GDPR.
Each company processes personal data of the clients to whom it provides services.

10. Final Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions become effective on the date of publication.
The operators reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
